About Us

The Tag Factory is an operating division of All Things Ecommerce Ltd. The company was established in November 2012 and was originally based in Hertfordshire.

In September 2020, the company relocated to Alston in Cumbria, a market town in the heart of the North Pennines - a designated Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. Though geographically remote, the town has highspeed fibre broadband and excellent postal and courier services. (It is therefore the perfect location for any online business).

All Things Ecommerce (the parent company) operates several online retail and commercial websites, with our flagship websites focused on tag and plaque engraving. In the time we have been operating (March 2013), we have produced over a million engraved items across a huge variety of industry and commercial sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

Some of the world's most recognised companies have contracted us to produce engraved materials, and our business relationships with them go back many years.
