Challenging Economic Outlook for 2023
Forecasts for the UK and Global economy for 2023 are bleak. Interest rates are rising, as are prices of most commodities. Production costs are going up too.
Our pricing policy (generally) is to maintain prices on stock and materials that we currently hold, but when we purchase new materials, prices are likely to be affected.

New website launched
A major software upgrade took place during September and we used the opportunity to freshen up the site with a new logo, easier navigation and faster checkout. We trust the changes will make your shopping experience better, and certainly much quicker.
We have also adjusted prices, and while we have had to increase most prices, we are pleased to say that many prices on pet tags (in particular) remain unchanged.

Business facing many challenges - and our new address
We're now into the 16th month of the Covid Pandemic, and while there is some light at the end of the tunnel, business faces many challenges. Brexit has added complications to doing business internationally - so a big thank you to all the people who selfishly voted for us to leave the EU. The decision has resulted in logistics delays, higher consumer prices, and fewer jobs... So well done all Brexiteers!
Tagfactory managed to survive 2020, in spite of all the issues facing the UK, and we also picked up a number of new clients in Europe and Scandinavia in particular. Since inception, we have accumulated a customer base of over 1700 corporate businesses, in 22 countries around the world.
In late 2020, the company moved to Alston in Cumbria, in the heart of the North Pennines. We now have a much larger workshop and are looking to expand our product ranges and services.
