Lettering is deep-engraved using solid carbide cutters and burnishing diamond router bits. This gives a precise and clean edge to the lettering. Colour infills comprise specialist acrylic and epoxy paints used extensively in the sign engraving industry.

Each sign is drilled with corner holes (or centred holes on the short sides) for easy and fast fixing to a wall or door. Mounting screws are provided free of charge with each sign, along with screw caps for neatness and a top quality appearance.
